Current Schedule

The three main activities happening in Cyclops are below. Most of the work is happening more or less in parallel.

Software development
- Sccb interface to camera module is currently working
- Obtain an image from camera module to show the board is completely working
- Integrate new camera module driver into current code stack

Optics for new camera module
- Create a spreadsheet with 5 or 10 candidate lens setups. Discuss options with Mohammad
  - Cyclops Optical Choices
- Narrow field down to 2 to 4 and order
- Test lens in lab in various deployment conditions

Board fix and refabrication
- Four areas of interest to redesign
  - 51-pin connector is wired incorrectly
  - 22-pin camera connector is wired backwards
  - Vcc and GND planes are shorted through a screw hole
  - Possibly change lens mounting hole locations
- Contact original layout company to see what they say about their mistakes
  - Screw hole short is only mistake that is clearly their fault alone
- Decide who will redesign the board (Johnathan?)
- Wait until we can get an image before actually getting the refab done
- Order 4 boards fabbed, 2 assembled for extensive testing in lab
- Once we are sure the refab works, get all 100 ordered
